Partners

Give your clients a straight answer on AI.

Your clients are asking what AI is running in their business, what it costs and whether it is under control. We work with a small number of partners who want to offer that answer without building an AI governance practice of their own.

Who we work with

Firms that already hold the client relationship.

IT partners and system integrators

You run, build or integrate your clients’ technology. We add an AI governance service alongside yours. We find and prioritise; you deliver the changes, and the client decides who does the work. You can refer your clients to us, or present our service alongside yours under both our names.

Advisory firms and sector specialists

You know your clients’ sector or risks in depth, whether that is cyber, compliance or a single industry. We show what AI your clients are actually running and govern it with them, so your advice rests on evidence.

Law firms

You advise clients on AI contracts, intellectual property and regulation. We show what AI is actually in use and pass the ownership and contract questions we find to the client’s legal adviser, who may be you. Where it helps, you can advise your client to bring us in. Our work is not legal advice. The client always chooses its own adviser, and introductions are open, with no one paying or receiving anything for them.

Distributors and marketplaces

You give your customers a trusted route to buy technology and services. We are open to working with distributors and marketplaces that want to refer AI governance to their customers, or offer it under both our names.

How it works

Your client stays your client.

  • You introduce us, and we deliver the walkthrough, the AI review and our managed services with you in the room as much as you want to be
  • Where our work finds something to fix, the work is yours to quote for first, and the client decides
  • There are two routes: you refer the client to us, or we co-brand, presenting the service under both our names and making clear which parts each of us delivers. We don’t offer white label, and with law firms our work is not presented as yours
  • In both routes Peruze contracts with and invoices the customer for its work, and your clients get the same terms as our direct clients

How we choose technology

Independent of the people who build and sell your clients’ AI.

No AI vendor sets our recommendations. Where a governance technology earns its place, we can supply it: we name it and an alternative in writing before the client agrees to anything, and tell the client how we are paid for it.

How a client starts with us →

Technology we work with

Two views of your clients’ AI that the framework puts together.

The framework needs an accurate picture of the AI a business is running. We work with two technology companies whose products give that picture from different directions. Each feeds the client’s AI register, and neither replaces the framework or the decisions it asks the business to make.

What AI people use

AIBound

AIBound shows the AI tools, add-ons and connectors in use on a business’s devices, and lets its IT apply the AI policy the business has approved. It is how many clients first see the AI their people are actually using.

What AI agents can reach

Newcore

Newcore maps the identities that people and AI agents act under, and what each one can reach, alongside the identity provider a business already runs. It shows where an agent can reach more than its job needs.

Side by side, the two views let us check whether what an agent actually does matches what it is allowed to reach. A client doesn’t need either product to adopt the framework with us. Where one earns its place, we name it and an alternative in writing before the client agrees to anything.

Start with a conversation.

Tell us about your clients and what they are asking about AI. We will be honest about whether working together makes sense for both of us.
